ONE-COMPONENT MOLDED POLYGONAL RF SHIELDS
One-component polygonal RF shields are installed on the board by mounting pins or by surface assembly. Alloy 770-nickel-silver, tinned sheet metal and stainless steel are the principal materials used. Shield height can vary within the range from 3 to 15 mm, thickness of the selected material from 0.15 to 0.6 mm. Corners are joined either arbitrarily or using “jalousie”-method and by virtue of laser welding. Among the materials offered for coating are copper, aluminum and titanium. Silk-screen- and UV-printing as well as laser marking are used for logo- and serial number application.
We are not limited by standard sizes and can produce RF shields using any technology and patterns required for your device.
